Straight answers before you pay £47 once for the lead + quote n8n workflows.
What exactly am I buying for £47?
A zip with two importable n8n workflow JSON files (lead follow-up, quote chase), SETUP.md, and README.md. One payment - no monthly fee for the kit itself. Automations run in your n8n instance.
Is VAT included in the £47 price?
Checkout is in GBP via Stripe. VAT treatment for digital goods depends on your location and Stripe's receipt. UK businesses that need a VAT invoice: email support@devvizion.com with your payment reference and billing details.
How long does setup take?
Plan 30-60 minutes if you're comfortable in n8n: import both workflows, set credentials, run the test checklist in SETUP.md. New to n8n? Expect 1-2 hours the first time, often across two sittings. Connecting your real website form or quote source (production webhook, SPF/DKIM if you use your domain) can add time after the import - that's expected. Delivery is instant after Stripe; going live is when your triggers and email are connected. No done-for-you install. The workflows help you follow up faster - they are not a promise of extra sales or income.
I don't know n8n - is this still for me?
You should be willing to create an n8n Cloud account (or self-host), import JSON, and connect Gmail/SMTP using SETUP.md. We include 72h email support for install issues - not a full agency implementation. Read the free guides on the site first if you're unsure.
Do I need n8n already?
Yes. Packs are standard workflow exports for current n8n releases (Cloud or self-hosted).
Is this a retainer or agency service?
No. One-time digital product. You own the workflows after import.
Refunds?
If the JSON won't import on a supported n8n version, contact support within 7 days with the error - we'll fix the pack or refund.
What about n8n Cloud costs?
n8n may charge for Cloud hosting separately - that's between you and n8n. Self-hosted n8n is free aside from your server.
Updates?
Free updates to the v1 workflow packs for 90 days after purchase (email delivery when we ship fixes).
