FAQ

Do I need n8n already?

Yes - free self-hosted or n8n Cloud. Packs are standard workflow exports for current n8n releases.

Is this a retainer or agency service?

No. One-time digital kit only. You own the workflows in your n8n instance.

How long does setup take?

Most people who already use n8n spend about 30-60 minutes on a first pass: import both JSON files, connect Gmail or SMTP, and send a test. If n8n is new to you, budget 1-2 hours. Hooking your live form can be a separate session. The kit automates follow-up once it's wired - it does not guarantee more leads or revenue.

Refunds?

If the JSON won't import on a supported n8n version, email support within 7 days with the error - we'll fix or refund.

Is VAT included in the £47 price?

UK customers: price is shown in GBP at checkout; VAT is handled per Stripe/your receipt rules for digital goods. For a VAT invoice, email support@devvizion.com with your payment reference.

I don't know n8n - is this still for me?

You'll need to sign up for n8n Cloud (or self-hosted) and follow SETUP.md. Free guides on this site explain the patterns before you buy.
