The day 2 / 5 / 10 quote chase
Most quotes don’t get a “no” - they get silence. A fixed chase sequence recovers deals without sounding desperate.
- Day 0 - send the quote (your normal process).
- Day 2 - short nudge: “Got this? Happy to tweak scope.”
- Day 5 - offer a simpler option or split payment if budget is the issue.
- Day 10 - polite close; leave the door open.
