1. Product
Autopilot Kit is a one-time digital download of software templates (n8n workflow JSON) and documentation for self-installation. It is not a managed service, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of sales results.
2. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the files in your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the kit files as a competing product.
3. No personal data in the product
The download does not include third-party personal data, passwords, or API keys. Placeholders are fictional. You must supply your own credentials and only process data you are allowed to process.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the templates to send unlawful spam, contact purchased/scraped lists without a lawful basis, harass individuals, or commit fraud. Breach may result in refusal of support and reporting where required.
5. Delivery
Access is provided electronically after payment (email link and/or attachment). Keep download links confidential.
6. Refunds
Because this is digital content, refunds are limited. If the JSON will not import on a current n8n release, contact support within 7 days with your n8n version and error screenshot - we will fix or refund at our discretion.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devvizion is not liable for loss of profits, lost leads, email deliverability issues, or damages arising from your configuration or misuse of the templates. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
