The 3-email lead follow-up pattern

Most lost enquiries die because nobody replied in the first day. A boring, reliable n8n path fixes that.

1. Capture - form or site POSTs JSON to an n8n webhook (email, name, source).
2. Ack fast - respond 200 immediately so the form doesn't hang.
3. Email 1 (~5 min) - thanks + one clear question.
4. Email 2 (~2 days) - short nudge; offer a YES reply path.
5. Email 3 (~5 days) - close the loop; no more nagging.
