This policy covers the Autopilot product site and digital kit sold by Devvizion.
What we sell
A digital download of n8n workflow templates and documentation. The files do not include customer lists, passwords, or third-party personal data.
Data we process as seller
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive order metadata needed to fulfil (typically email, name, payment status, amount).
- Support: if you email us, we process the content of that correspondence to help with install issues.
- Site logs: standard hosting logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability, retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not receive your n8n credentials or your end-customers’ data as part of the product.
- We do not run email campaigns to your leads - the workflows run on your n8n with your email account.
Your responsibilities
When you use the templates to email people, you are the controller of that data and must comply with applicable law (including UK GDPR and PECR where relevant).
Retention
Order and support records are kept as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and support, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
